Episode 10 is the first arbitrary milestone episode for Program B, and we celebrate with a discussion on project leadership and management with The Green Herring (CC4, CC3) and Esselfortium (That terrible mapset. Oh you know, the one that’s about going backwards in an X shaped Saturn or something). Although the episode is cut short due to Tarnsman unexpectedly being recruited to haul a TV through a building, some great measure of discussion is had on the merits of being a project leader, and all that comes with it. There’s also quite a bit of drama and shit-flinging.

Well here it is, folks; a discussion on playtesting and feedback with dew and Seele00TextOnly, both ardent figures in the playtesting department! I tried my utmost to keep it down to a sensible 100 minutes in length… but a large, sentient cloud decided to blow in at the last moment and ruin everything like the blot of bad weather that he is. Being the self-proclaimed harbinger of Doomworld’s impending demise, we understand that this behaviour is entirely normal.

A slight hicup: This episode is not a discussion on Doom 3 and 4 as advertised. We had a couple of eager guests in Jimmy and essel waiting to jump in an help out at the time and so we elected to fast track to a discussion on music in Doom. 90 minutes of chit chat says it was time well spent, and we think you’ll agree as we cover a whole mess of topics from soundfonts to mp3’s, Mexican soap opera to Denis Leary.
